yourself or that of your dependents to get insurance quotes
only and we only share such information to provide you with
health insurance quotes you request. All information you
provide is solely used for the purpose of providing you with
quotes. We will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your
personal information to any person or entity other than the
insurance companies, agents, and representatives selected.
Please be assured that the agent or agency we partner with is
only allowed to use your personal information to process your
requested quote or application and is contractually obligated
to maintain strict confidentiality. We may at our sole
discretion sell such information to these parties.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we
receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose
and are not shared with outside parties.
We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to
better design our website and to share with advertisers. For
example, we may tell an advertiser or affiliate that X
number of individuals visited a certain area on our website,
or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our
Application Request Form, but we would not disclose anything
that could be used to identify those individuals.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable
information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the
ones described above without also providing you the option
not to provide information.
How you can access or correct your information
Should you feel any information you have given is
not correct and you wish to change that information you can
contact the agency in which we partner with or the insurance
company to which you have applied directly. Insurancerx does
not keep or store your personally identifiable information.
All information is transferred to our agency partners and
agents to fulfill your request of obtaining health insurance
policies with companies you select. We cannot guarantee you
will be accepted when you apply for health insurance.
Whether you or your dependents are accepted for coverage is
determined by underwriting departments for the respective
insurance companies to which you may apply.

Though we make every effort to ensure the quotes
you receive are accurate. We cannot guarantee accuracy of
quotes or offers or be held liable for any damages
whatsoever which may result either direct or indirect from
the use of this site. Not all products available in all
states.
